Contact Form Disclosure Notice

This Disclosure Notice is prepared in line with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about the processing of personal data submitted to Speed Proses Kontrol Sistemleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Speed Proses", "Data Controller") through the contact form available on speedproses.com.

The following categories of personal data are collected when you complete and submit the contact form:

• Identity data — full name and, where you choose to provide it, company name or job title.

• Contact data — email address and (optionally) telephone number.

• Communication data — the subject and content of the message you send us.

• Technical data — IP address, browser, device type, and timestamp, automatically captured when the form is submitted, used for security and abuse prevention.

Personal data submitted through the contact form is processed for the following purposes:

• Receiving, evaluating, and responding to your inquiry, technical question, or quotation request.

• Following up on commercial communications and providing requested product or service information.

• Establishing and maintaining business communication where a follow-up is needed.

• Ensuring information security, preventing fraud and abuse of the form.

• Fulfilling legal record-keeping and reporting obligations where applicable.

Personal data is processed on the following lawful bases set out in Article 5 of KVKK:

• Your explicit consent given by submitting the form (Article 5/1).

• Necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract (Article 5/2-c), where the inquiry leads to a commercial relationship.

• Necessity for compliance with our legal obligations (Article 5/2-ç).

• Necessity for our legitimate interests, balanced against your fundamental rights and freedoms (Article 5/2-f), in particular for security and reasonable business follow-up.

Personal data is collected directly from you, in electronic form, when you fill in and submit the contact form on speedproses.com. Technical data is collected automatically by standard web infrastructure at the moment of submission.

Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary for the purposes set out above, with:

• Authorised employees of Speed Proses who handle customer inquiries.

• Email and hosting service providers that operate the underlying infrastructure on our behalf, under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms.

• Public authorities and competent bodies, where required by law or a binding request.

Your data is not sold, rented, or transferred for marketing purposes to any third party.

Some service providers we rely on (such as hosting or email infrastructure) may process data outside Türkiye. Where this occurs, transfers are conducted in line with Article 9 of KVKK, using recognised safeguards and limiting the data shared to what is strictly necessary.

Contact form submissions are retained for the period required to handle your inquiry. If a business relationship follows, data is kept for the periods required under Turkish commercial and tax legislation (typically up to 10 years from the end of the relationship). Otherwise, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymised at the end of the operational retention period.

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed.

• Request information about the processing if it has occurred.

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in line with that purpose.

• Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad.

• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.

• Request deletion or destruction of your data within the limits of applicable law.

• Request notification of corrections, deletions, or destructions to third parties to whom data has been transferred.

• Object to outcomes produced solely by automated analysis and that affect you negatively.

• Claim compensation for damages resulting from unlawful processing.
