STDW700 Wireless Differential Pressure Transmitter
Honeywell's SmartLine Wireless STDW700 series differential pressure transmitters are part of the OneWireless™ system and ISA100-ready. Built on the enhanced SmartLine pressure meter body shared with the wired SmartLine line — yielding best-in-class performance, reduced spares inventory, and a shorter maintenance learning curve — they extend wireless coverage to remote and hazardous measurement locations without the cost of running wire.
Key Benefits
- 01ISA100 Wireless and OneWireless compatibility with the XYR 6000 portfolio
- 02Same SmartLine meter body as wired transmitters — unified spares and training
- 03Fast ½-second publication rate suitable for control, not just monitoring
- 04Over-the-air provisioning and firmware upgrades managed by the WDM
- 051150 ft (350 m) integral-antenna range under ideal conditions
Technical Features
- 01Models: STDW720 (0–400 inH₂O / 0–1,000 mbar), STDW730 (0–100 psi / 0–7,000 mbar), STDW770 (0–3,000 psi / 0–210,000 mbar)
- 02Compatible with any primary flow element for proven, repeatable flow measurement
- 03Fast ½-second publication rate with built-in additional noise reduction
- 04Publication rate selections: ½ s, 1, 5, 10, 30 s and 1, 15, 30, 60 minutes
- 05More powerful 4 dBi integral antenna (remote antenna option available)
- 06Mesh or non-mesh configuration per transmitter — mix freely within a network
- 07Generic off-the-shelf lithium-ion battery; two D-size batteries for long life
- 08Good battery life even at ½-second publication rate
- 09Local (IR) or over-the-air provisioning
- 10Unique, encrypted provisioning key delivered from the factory
- 11Over-the-air firmware upgrade capability via the Wireless Device Manager
- 12Configurable transmission power to comply with local regulations
- 1324 VDC power option
- 14Fully backward compatible with the existing XYR 6000 product portfolio
Applications
- Remote differential pressure monitoring where wiring is cost-prohibitive
- Hazardous-area measurement without personnel exposure to run wires
- Flow measurement using any primary flow element
- Filter and heat-exchanger differential pressure monitoring
- Wellhead, tank farm, and pipeline monitoring
- Control applications enabled by ½-second publication and deterministic non-mesh mode
