KVKK Application Form
Use this form to exercise your rights as a data subject under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Please provide all the information requested below so that we can verify your identity and respond to your request within the legal time limit.
1. Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed.
- Request information about the processing if it has occurred.
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in line with that purpose.
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad.
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Request deletion or destruction of your data within the limits of applicable law.
- Request notification of corrections, deletions, or destructions to third parties to whom data has been transferred.
- Object to outcomes produced solely by automated analysis and that affect you negatively.
- Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

3. How to Submit Your Application
Applications must be in writing. You may submit your application through one of the following methods:
By Email
Send the completed application to info@speedproses.com from the email address you have previously communicated with us through.
By Post / Registered Mail
Send the application by post or notarised channel to: Speed Proses Kontrol Sistemleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., Karacaoğlan Mah. 6157/1 Sk. No: 21G İç Kapı No: 21, 35070 Bornova / İzmir, Türkiye.
In Person
You may also submit the application in person at our registered office address with a valid identification document.
4. Response Time
Your application will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible, free of charge, and at the latest within thirty (30) days from the date it is received, in line with Article 13 of KVKK. If a fee is to be charged in line with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board, you will be informed in advance.
If your application is rejected, considered insufficient, or not responded to within the legal time limit, you may file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) within thirty (30) days of becoming aware of the response and, in any case, within sixty (60) days of the application date.
